SGL Engineering Ltd has adopted and developed a Quality Management System according to EN ISO 9001: 2015, which applies to all its activities that have an impact on the quality of its services and the satisfaction of its customers, with emphasis on the following basic points:

Due to the devastating onslaught of COVID-19 the Company decided to take all necessary steps for the protections of the Customers, the Employees and the Associates. In cases of increased risks it has been decided to even refrain from submitting offers, or to submit offers stating that due to COVID-19 the Company will not be able to execute the work.

Achieving and maintaining the quality of its products at the level promised to its customers, using the best available technology and know-how.

The satisfaction of the contracts and agreements it has concluded with its customers within the agreed deadlines and always according to the conditions set.

The planning of the necessary quality improvements of both its services and its products based on the information returned by customers.

Ensure training of all its staff (including external associates) in order to acquire quality consciousness and expertise in its work.

Continuous improvement in training and quality procedures

Working with customers and partners to ensure that their level of quality and service is satisfactory.

The standardization of the individual functions to improve the organization and performance of the whole company by facilitating communication between the groups involved.

The improvement of the Company’s position on the market, for the benefit of the company its employees and the Society.

The Company’s participation in partnerships with other companies to promote (a) the revitalization of New Shipbuilding and Repairs activities in Hellas and (b) Green Technology.

Although the actual work, (Electromechanical studies, Supervision, Metrology and Design) does not have any direct negative impact on the environment, the management is conscious on the possible resulting consequences and they apply clearly stipulated CSR Principles, incorporated in the ISO Procedures.

The Company implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as pseudonymisation, which are designed to implement data-protection principles, such as data minimization, in an effective manner and to integrate the necessary safeguards into the processing in order to meet the requirements of this Regulation and protect the rights of data subjects.
